RETURN & REFUND
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from thedate you received it. To be eligible for a full return, your item must beunused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in theoriginal packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are few important things to keep in mind whenreturning a product:
- do not tape the original packaging box. We will considerit as damage to origin packaging and loss of value cost;
- do not stick any shipping label / sticker on theoriginal packaging box. We will consider it as damage to origin packaging andloss of value cost;
- we recommend using stretch film to wrap the originalpackaging box with item inside. Use additional shipping box or envelope toreturn item (they are available in USPS offices or Home Depot stores).
You will be responsible for paying for your ownshipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it andnotify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notifyyou on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
