Returns Policy Returns must be sent in unused condition to our distribution centre. Goods will not be accepted by us if they are damaged in any way. The tyre cannot be returned after mounting. Unless there is a manufacturing defect wich will be subject to complain. We can not accept returns for complaints regarding the wrong or mismatched tire size by mistake of the client. Unless the customer has received damaged or defective product. The costs of returning the tyres to our distribution centre must be paid by the customer. Returns must be adequately wrapped and well protected as it was sent by us originally. Items inadequately protected/wrapped will not be accepted for return.
