Pipe measures 36.5" diagonally from front flange to rear flange.
This pipe is made entirely using 304 polished stainless steel tubing and flanges , tubing is mandrel bent on c.n.c bender and t.i.g welded with the same material.
The rear flange that attaches the pipe to the catalytic convertor is floating ( not welded )
and is precision plasma cut from solid stainless steel.
This will be the last header pipe your Volvo 240 will ever need.

This front pipe is copied from the original Volvo exhaust pipe. the part is improved by using stainless steelFits 240 244 245 sedan or station wagon from 1980 through 1993.
