Here is a spare tire well off a Triumph TR4 that I salvaged years ago from a car that had an engine fire and burned to the rear of the doors. This part is off a rust free California car and would be a great replacement panel for your salt damaged or bent stock panel. You will need to cut a few spot welds to remove the remaining superstructure, so that this part can be used as a new "skin" for your damaged tire well.
I don't think this part is available as an aftermarket replacement, which is why I kept it for all these years. If you're looking for an absolutely correct, undamaged piece for your rusty or damaged project car, this may be for you.
