The Tesla Wireless Charging pad works great for your phones, this dock will be able to charge your AirPods 2 or AirPods Pro while driving. The charging coil is in the middle of the pad and your Airpods keep slipping down as you try to place them on the pad for charging. This does not work for AirPods 1st generation that do not have wireless charging capability. Make sure your model 3 or Y has the wireless charger. Note: only works in conjunction with wireless charger
