When you purchase this item without add ons you will receive a 90 degree exhaust bend in 304L stainless steel with a 16 gauge wall, pipe size is measured by the outer diameter and available sizes are1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5,4,5 all measured in inches. The bends have a standard tight inner radius of 0.5\"
- v band flange add ons are welded to the bend. CLAMPS AND MATING FLANGES ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS YOU MESSAGE US. See the second included picture for a variation of a v band flange add on.
- Straight tube add ons are welded to the bend in 1 foot lengths, other lengths are available if you message us. v band flanges are never welded to the straight tube, only the bend unless otherwise requested. See the second picture for a variation of the straight tube add on.
- Increased pie cut count changes the number of pie cuts per bend. Standard (the cheaper option) is 6 cuts per 90 degree bend or 3 cuts per 45, increased pie cut count has 10 cuts per 90 and 5 per 45. See the first picture for 10 cuts per 90 degree bend.
