For years, customers have asked us to build a 2JZGE turbo manifold that takes into consideration the needs of the 2JZ owner that is looking to the 2JZ's name and potential. It should cost under $1100, have a proven robust design with a real world warranty. It should take into consideration various turbochargers, waste gate(s), offer 6:1 un-divided or divided designs for single to dual scroll turbochargers. Customers want to make sure it has nearly equal length runners for good velocity, torque down low and minimal boost creep on the lowest boost settings. Our customers want everything including a lower swept number one runner so larger cover turbos clear not only the number one runner, but the shock tower and hood as well.
We've answered all these questions with our design(s) and more. While there is no one-sized fits all design, we do have designs to meet the needs of 99 out of 100 Supra and/or 2JZGTE engine owners. This auction is for a design that is proven to work fantastically on smaller turbos as well as larger T4 designs such as the Precision 6766 (1000hp) turbochargers. Want to run a Quick Spool Valve? Sure, no problem, we've sold dozens and they clear the shock tower, hood, perfect!
We do build a separate manifold with either single or dual waste gates for the GT42, Mid-Frame or Borg Warner S400 turbocharges and were the only company in the world building the ultra-rare V-band mount manifolds that support HKS T51R and/or TIAL V-band turbochargers. Our manifolds support most any of the popular waste gates (TiAL, Precision, TurboSmart) up to 60mm.
You'll get a 2-year warranty (even for racers), customer support by Supra owners who work full-time in this business and know the 2JZGwE engine and boost very well. We keep the waste gate tubing a bit long, so you can choose to have it blank and fit it yourself, or we will weld on the flange as listed below for a small optional charge. We have built nearly a hundred manifolds the past three years and they are in service all over the world (literally). Yes, we ship internationally and are glad to do so (extra shipping charges usually apply).

Note: We typically stock the standard T4 2JZGTE turbo manifold in this auction, but because of a very strong market demand please allow 10-14 working days for building. Fitment will also be very tight with the Mk3 Supra frame rails if installing in an A70 chassis. In most cases, you will have to modify the frame rails/chassis, as there's not much room for fitment regardless of manifold used. Very little persuasion is required, but this is inevitable with our manifolds as we make our manifolds to fit as many different chassis' as possible. You will be better off with slightly modifying the chassis than compromising manifold design.As with pretty much all tubular manifolds for these engines, you can expect to either modify existing mounting hardware or use the shorter hardware kit we offer. Again, the only way to feasibly make these manifolds with thick walls and proper runner design is to have a tight fit on the flange. This is much more preferable to compromising manifold design.
If you are running a 60mm wastegate, you will need to have that flange welded on locally. We cannotguaranteethe fitment of such a large WG for your application.
