Photography- In order to help our customers feel confident that they are making a fully informed purchase, we try to take pictures of the actual wheel for sale (rather than generic placeholder photos). We also take multiple pictures of each wheel showing a 360 degree view, further clarifying the quality of the entire wheel. We want our customers to know exactly what it is they are buying. As for our listings with proxy photos we guarantee the quality of the purchased wheel will match the quality that is seen in the photos.
Shipping- At The WheelerShip we take the time to stock and inspect every wheel before listing. This gives us the opportunity to ship wheels the same day that they are ordered, as long as the order is made before 5:30 PM EST. Having our customers receive their wheel as soon as possible is our priority.

Color matchingWe pride ourselves on providing the best possible color match, but due to the nature of remanufactured wheels, it is impossible to guarantee color matching.
All of our remanufactures use computerized systems to match the factory color. To further improve the satisfaction of our customers we then inspect every wheel prior to listing making sure the color is as close to factory as possible.
Return policy & warranty Returns & ReplacementIf you are unsatisfied with your wheel for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the wheel remains in the same condition as it was received. We do not charge restocking fees, though you may be responsible for the shipping cost each way unless the item is found to be defective or mistakenly shipped.
Some of the common alterations to the wheel that void the return policy are, but not limited to:
- Mounting the wheel to a tire
- Mounting the wheel to a vehicle
- Installing a valve stem on the wheel
- Painting or sanding
- Damage from an attempted installation or balancing
Wheels must be returned with the original packaging. Please contact a customer service representative to set up an RMA. Please contact us on ebay.
Cosmetic warrantyThe WheelerShip offers a limited lifetime warranty on the finish on all of our wheels. This covers paint defects and workmanship.
WheelerShip will not replace or repair wheels that have been subject to misuse or outright abuse, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Surface damage due to neglect, road salt, harsh conditions, or improper wheel cleaning (including the use of abrasive brushes or damaging chemicals)
- Surface damage that occurred during improper tire mounting and installation (including improper tool usage and damage caused by wheel weights)
- Exceeding the maximum wheel load weight, or using an oversized tire
- Accidents that result in nicks, scratches or other surface blemishes
- The use of spacers or adapters of any kind.
The WheelerShip also offers a limited lifetime structural warranty on all wheels. This does not include impact damage, such as bends or cracks.
