Installation Procedure
Step 1:
Following your vehicle owner\'s manual, proper raise the vehicle and support it using adequately
load-rated jackstands.
Remove wheels and inspect rotors for any damage or cracks. If any damage is identified,
don\'t continue with this installation.
Remove any wheel visible rust from the mating flange on the vehicle\'s rotor. Check both the rotor
and wheel mounting flanges for burns, rivet heads, or other obstruction which could prevent proper
seating of the spacer/adapter.
Step 2:
If proper seating can be achieved, apply provided thread locker to vehicle\'s studs and mount the
wheel spacers on to rotor by torquing provided wheel spacers/adapter lug nuts.
Tighten all lug nuts to the appropriate torque specification using a torque wrench.
Install wheel on to wheel spacer using existing lug nuts. Tighten all lug nuts to the appropriate
torque specification using a torque wrench.
DO NOT USE AN IMPACT WRENCH.
Step 3:
Check that wheel and tire clearance allow for full steering(lock-to-lock).
If there is no interference, vehicle may be lowered.
Re-check torque after traveling the first 50-100 miles, then again every 2000-3000 miles.
Important Note
1.Please verify the bolt count, bolt circle diameter, center bore, and bolt size match your vehicle before ordering.
2.We recommend getting this kit installed by a trained professional, but it is not necessary.
3.We don\'t recommend to install the bolt nuts by electronic tool, it is best by manual.
Installation Advice
Clean the studs thoroughly and remove any excessive dirt, oil, grease etc.
Highly recommended use torque wrench while installing wheel spacers.
Don\'t using an impact wrench because improper usage may cause the lug nuts and bolts to loosen or break while driving causing a potential injury .
Please check all lug nuts and re-torque them after driving 20-60 miles,then re-torque again after driving 2000-3000 miles.
