All Mainland UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class or City Link, depending on the size and weight of the item. You should receive your item within 1 - 2 days of dispatch. If your item has been sent my Royal Mail you should allow 15 days from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If your item has been shipped by City Link please contact us within 1 - 2 days. If you have any queries regarding your delivery please contact us. - Can I ask for a refund or replacement if I'm not satisfied with the item I've received?
According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days from the day you receive the item to cancel your order. We allow 14 DAYS for you to cancel your order and return it to us, return postage is to be paid for by yourself and we recommend suitable insurance. Once the item has been returned and checked over we will issue a refund EXCLUDING the cost to us of the original delivery charge, even if the item is listed with Free Delivery.
