QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

Q. What is repaired in my part? what will you do to it?

  • The most common issue is the capacitors failing
  • We replace the capacitors in the tach.
  • Clean it as best that we can
  • Test it

Q. After I purchase the Repair Service, Where do I send my part to?

  • After payment has been madeyou will receivean email/ebay message with our shipping address and information. You pay the shipping to us, we pay to send it back to you.

Q. How does the Repair Service work?

  • With a Repair Service order, you send your gauge cluster to us. We fix the tach and send the same one back to you. It is recommended to send the whole cluster as it helps to protect the tach better then shipping it individually.

Q. After I purchase the Repair Service, how long does the whole process take?

  • Repairs usually take no more then2-5 business days once they've been received here at our workshop. After that they will be shipped out via UPS Ground.

Q. What if my part cant be repaired?

  • 90% of these parts are repairable. If for some reason it cant be repair we will inform you and issue back a refund.

Q. How do I package the unit?

  • As these units contain delicate electronics that can be damaged in shipping, you will need to pack it well. We recommend that you use a large box (so that there are about 3 inches of extra space on each side), wrap the unit in a layer of bubble wrap and fill in the extra spaces with packing peanuts. Please include your contact details in the box when you ship it
