If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. ReturnsAny item may be returned for full credit within 30 days of your purchase. Item must not be used, mounted, or damaged and in sale-able condition. All returns must include all original parts and in original condition and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any item that was damaged due to assembly or by incorrect installation.Mototeks is not responsible for any charges for labor, repairs, materials, down-time or lost profits due to returning any merchandise. RETURN AUTHORIZATIONBefore returning any item, please notify us so that we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so we can process the return. Also, provide us with the invoice number, order number, and order date.
