NOTE 3/13/18: I have a party interested in the deck lid \"taco\" tail. If you\'re interested in the front bumper, please contact me.Love your Mk1 996 in Arctic Silver, but would like it to have more exterior personality or edge with the GT3 aerokit look?Porsche 996.1 (99-01) OEM \"GT3\" Aerokit consisting of polyurethane front bumper cover with chin spoiler (and a spare) and rubber air funnel for center radiator, side \"rocker\" sills in polyurethane, and fiberglass engine deck lid with adjustable wing and wiring harness with fan. All all are painted Arctic Silver.
These are not aftermarket GT3 \"Style\" or \"Look\" pieces but, rather, the Porsche OEM parts. Most aftermarket front bumpers and side sills are fiberglass or a fiberglass composite and, therefore, are prone to cracks. The OEM polyurethane front bumper and side sills are designed to flex.
The deck lid is in excellent condition, as is the front bumper cover that was painted in summer 2016 and removed from the car soon afterwards and, therefore, shows minimal road wear. The side sills\' paint is in excellent condition except for immediately behind the front tires where road dirt has peppered the surface. These side sills probably should be repainted since they are off the car (though I would not bother if I had left them on the car).
The bumper and deck lid definitely are low-level DIY projects in that a few bolts hold them in place, though I\'m not sure about the side sills (though it seems very likely).
The front bumpers and deck lids are becoming very hard to find used in excellent condition, as many have been removed from wrecked cars.
I bought all of these parts new and they\'ve never been damaged from collision. The front bumper sells for around $3,000-$3,400 in the \"white\" of primer grey.
The engine deck lid, which I\'ve been unable to find a retail price on, seems to sells for around $4,000 used.
The side sills are around $1,000 in the \"white\" of primer grey.NOTE: I do have the box these came in, but it around the size of a tall refrigerator. I imagine that even in freight shipping would be quite expensive and in the $300-600 depending on distance. I therefore have listed this Aerokit as a \"local pickup\" and will help coordinate a hand-off to buyers within roughly a 300 mile radius of Muncie, IN. I also am happy to ship these if you so desire, but please contact me first so that we can sort out the details.
All items are sold as-is. If you have questions about this item, I encourage you to contact me. I am a CIRPCA member.
