Carpet will be shipped via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Returns are costly to both us and you. If there is a problem with the product we will take responsibility of returning the product to us. If, however, you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong product you will be responsible for returning the item to us (including return shipping). Any shipping paid is non-refundable.
