If we find that an item is out of stock, we will do our best to try to find a suitable replacement of equal value for you. WARRANTY AND RETURNS: Warranty period starts upon receiving the item, so please verify the item is undamaged from shipping as soon as you receive the item. We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturers' damages and defects. If you should receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item regarding the issue. Pictures/videos/sound clips or any other media is required to be submitted as proof to be able to open up a claim, but we may request for more photos the proof is insufficient. We have a right to deny the claim if buyer is uncooperative during the claims process. Returned items will be verified the items are as claimed BEFORE we send out any replacements or authorize any refunds.
