Allexternal parts of an engine such as axles, power steering pump,oil/water & a/c pumps, intake & exhaust manifolds,carburetors, distributors, coil packs, ignitors, valve cover(s), oilpan, alternators, starters, injectors, oil pan, emission controldevices, thermostats, belts, hoses, clutches, flywheels, pulleys,wiring, computers (ECU), transmissions, turbo/supercharger units,fuel systems, gaskets, seals, sensors, solenoids, and any plastictrim pieces are not covered under warranty.
Swappingor removal of cylinder head(s)/crank/rods/pistons/cam(s)/gears &removal of transmission casing voids warranty.
Losscaused by modification or forced induction (Nitrous/Turbo/Supercharger & Aftermarket ECU upgrades) for which theengine was not designed will void warranty.
Customermust perform cooling system overhaul. Loss caused by overheating ofthe engine, unless overheating is the direct result of the failure ofan internal part of the engine.
Anytune-ups and adjustments in belts, hoses, filters, emission controldevices, spark plugs, etc. are not covered under warranty.
Losscaused by overheating. The warranty does not cover oil leaks, blownhead gasket or any other engine damage due to overheating caused bypoor water circulation, clogged radiator, stuck thermostat or afaulty water pump, etc.
GENERALINFORMATION:
JDMcity VA, Inc. provides its customers with used imported Japaneseengines & transmission with low mileage.
External partsof the engines such as belts, hoses, seals, gaskets, and plasticcovers are sometimes damaged during shipping and can be replaced bythe customer’s mechanic using parts from the designatedvehicle.
Cosmetic damage such as scratches on valve cover isnormal on used engines and does not reflect upon performance of saidengine.
In addition, replaceable parts such assensors,
Exhaust pipes, and air intake boxes may be missing ifthey are broken or damaged.
JDM city VIRGINIA
Is notresponsible for these parts as the warranty only covers internalparts, which would prevent the
Engine/transmission from operatingin-correctly.
JDMcity Virginiawillnot be held responsible if the engine purchased does not fit intothe
Designated vehicle. Before purchasing the engine/transmission,the customer must verify that the
Engine will fit into saidvehicle. We will not be held responsible if incorrect engine ispurchased.
PROFESSIONALINSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORTFOR
INSTALLATIONS AND DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIARWITH THE SWAP TO PLEASE

RETURNS
Youmay return your product within 15 days of your receipt date. Thecustomer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returnedproduct.

Please have the RA number written on the outside ofthe package. Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RAnumber will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returnedpackage.
