Air injection: If you’re vehicle has an air injection system connected to the factory manifolds, you will see metal tube(s) that attaches to the manifold with a metal fitting. You may have one on each side. Note the quantity and location as they may
Port Air injection: This system is common on many GM and Ford Trucks with V-8 engines. If your vehicle is equipped with this system you will see metal tubes connecting to each exhaust port on the factory headers.
EGR: Exhaust Gas Return systems are common on many vehicles. If your vehicle is equipped you will see a metal tube that is connected to one of your exhaust manifolds and usually goes to the induction system or cylinder head.
