We will take any item back within 30days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer\'swarranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the followingconditions are met:
The item must be in original, unused condition andmust be returned in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept any item that has beeninstalled and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that arenot in the original packaging. These are constraints set by the productmanufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Itemsreturned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited. Theitem return label must have an RMA# supplied by us or the return will not be accepted.
Unless Overstock Accessories is at fault, thecustomer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
FOR RETURNS: The cost of shipping the item to thecustomer will be charged on items returned without an exchange.
FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsiblefor the return shipping costs of the original item(s) and the replacementshipping costs of the replacement item(s). The replacement item(s) will not beshipped until the returned item reaches the warehouse.
