This is a NEW High Quality Custom Fit Manual Antenna KIT, just made for your Del Sol. This Manual Antenna is a DIRECT BOLT in unit, just like the factory original. You need to make no modifications to this Manual Antenna to install, all you do is unbolt and unplug the old unit, then bolt and plug in this New Del Sol Antenna, and off you go.
