The functionof the damper actuator:
The air door actuator adjusts the air flow direction and intensity by controlling the opening and closing of the air door, so as to realize the circulation and adjustment of the air in the car and provide a comfortable driving environment.
The damper actuator needs to be replaced in the following situations:
1. The airflow direction is abnormal.
The damper actuator cannot control the direction of the airflow. It may be caused by a damaged transmission rod or a structural failure of the damper control valve.
2. The damper actuator is no longer working properly.
When it is found that the damper actuator does not work, it may be caused by a motor failure or a damaged gear reducer. It is necessary to check whether the gear and gearbox are working normally.
