The unique pipe configuration and affordable price using full 304 grade stainless steel are the main draws to this system. The installation hardware and gaskets are included.The main (center) piping diameter is 85mm (3.35") and opens up toquad 119mm (4.69") tips.With this exhaust system, the sound level is kept nearly the same as OEM. The type of material determines which welding rod to use. TIG welding is typically the slowest (and therefore has higher production costs), but the welds are of higher quality. MIG/Flux, on the other hand, is generally faster (and therefore a cheaper production method) but the finished product will not look as nice as if it were TIG-welded.
