SLC LIGHTING LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
SLC Lighting International will warranty products it sells that are manufactured and supplied by
K-D Lamp for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. The following procedures must be followed to initiate a warranty claim:
Contact SLC Lighting through eBay to request a return material authorization (RMA) number.Please have available the SLC part number, date of purchase, and a description of the nonconformance.
SLC Lighting will issue an RMA number to authorize return of the part for evaluation on a freight pre-paid basis to:

Upon receipt of the part, our quality assurance department will evaluate the item to determine the root cause of the non-conformance.
THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO SLC LIGHTING FOR EVALUATION INORDER FOR A REFUND TO ISSUE. RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS MUST BE PREPAID BY THE PURCHASER AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
If the item is accepted as a warranty claim, a refund for the original purchase price and sales tax if applicable will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping is nonrefundable.
