These are a very rare set of BMW S54 Euro CSL headers with no cats. These only have one oxygen sensor bung on each bank.
These look to have have the lower flanges welded up, this was not a genuine weld. The flanges do line up to a normal pattern and may work with a stock unmodified exhaust system.
