Only faulty items can be returned within 14 days. Items purchased in error will not be refunded it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the correct fitment before purchase. Car Body Panels and Bumpers may have in some light storage marks/scratches or age related wear on the paint work. Vehicle Doors, Tailgates & Bonnets will be dispatched on a pallet to ensure they arrive un-damaged.
Engines: when buying a vehicle engine you are buying the engine only. Any electrics, sensors, auxiliaries/external parts left on the engines cannot be returned if found to be fault. Unless agreed and an agreement is in place prior to the sale of the engine. We recommend all our used engines have the cam belts and oil filters replaced before being installed (This cannot be warranted by us). Any claim will be invalidated for any engine damage caused as a result of not changing the cam belt or oil filter, it is a sensible precaution to ensure your replacement engine continues to run as it is should. Engines and gearboxes will not contain any fluids, all fluids MUST be removed during the dismantling process in order to comply with current environmental legislation and transportation regulations.
All ECU’s, Module’s and electrical parts are tested prior to removal from the donor vehicle. ECUs and electrical goods are NON-REFUNDABLE as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other possible faults with the buyer’s car. Unless an agreed arrangement is in place prior to purchase.
The Buyer is responsible for postage and packing costs on returns.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we take every care possible when storing, handling and dispatching our parts, please bare in mind that these are used items and may have some marks and signs of age and usage.
