1 year warranty! This is a replacement Latch not OEM. Part is made of durable flexible plastic, not brittle like OEM. This includes a custom manufactured spring. My original latch broke on my 2011 Ford F-150 center console. My Center Console is the type that you can flip up the top to convert to a center seat, jump seat. Buyer assumes all risk for using part. I am using it in my vehicle now and works great. If you have other broken latches or small parts that need to fixed e-mail me and I may be able to help you.
Make sure to slide NON SPRING side in FIRST(1), then Spring Side(2) should be able to pop in with a little force. Also ensure that spring is on the driver side and that the end is pointing down and toward the front of vehicle.
