Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer of the item. After the 30 days, we can help you with taking advantage of your applicable warranty if available. We work with you in every case on a return to make sure that you at the very least get the contact information you need to make sure you get what you deserve and what you have paid for!
Before returning item customers must request an RMA#. If the RMA number is not included with the return or if the package is not sent to the correct return address, the package will be delayed in processing and you will be liable for the full restocking fee. This is for the customer's protection. If the process is not followed, it is impossible to get returns processed in a quick and easy manor.
Items will only be accepted if returned back to us in the condition that they were received by you, with all parts and original packaging included. The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package.
