In order for your return to be accepted and processed, you must contact our Client Services Team [phone removed by eBay] or via the Ebay messaging system to obtain an RMA#. Any return received without an RMA# will not be accepted and processed.
Our goal at DeutschepartsUSA is to provide high qualityaftermarket automotive parts coupled with outstanding customer servicesupport. Unfortunately, sometimes humanerror and product failures do occur.Toward that end, detailed below are our Returns and Warranty Policies.

RETURNPOLICY
DeutschepartsUSA will not warranty any/all parts which arenot installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
v Non-returnable orders:
Ø Custom or special orders
Ø Installed, used or disassembled items
Ø Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's,coils, blowers, relays, etc.)
v All returns must meet the below listed criteria to beaccepted & processed:
Ø Must have an RMA number assigned
Ø Must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
Ø Are not used, installed, or disassembled
Ø Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
Ø Are in the original packaging
Notes:
ü eBay customers must first agree to the eBay withdrawalprocess before any refund will be issued.
üOriginal method of payment will berefunded upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
üAn RMA number is valid for ten (10)days from date of issuance.
üIf the item or the order receivedfree shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted from the cost ofthe merchandise returned.
üIf there is proof of error on ourpart, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return of merchandise(continental U.S. only). However, if theproduct was ordered in error, all return shipping costs are to be paid by thecustomer.

Ø Must have an RMA number assigned
Ø Must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
Ø All Part of Kit returns must be pre-authorized by aDeutschepartsUSA Client Services Representative.
Ø Any Part of Kit return received without prior authorization,WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Ø All Part of Kit returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Once we have receivedyour return, conducted an inspection of the products and verified that yourreturn meets the above requirements, a refund will be issued to the originalmethod of payment.
RESTOCKINGFEES
At DeustchepartsUSA option arestocking fee can be applied to the following:
Ø Products not returned in the original packaging in sellablecondition
Ø Authorized Part of Kit returns
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY
All parts purchased from DeutschepartsUSAcarry a full unconditional one year warranty from date of purchase to be freeof all defects in material or workmanship. Should a part fail within the twelve(12) month warranty period, DeutschepartsUSA will provide an immediatereplacement of the part. This Warranty Replacement Policy does not provide for arefund of the purchase price, and/or any labor costs involved in the removaland installation of the part. Additionally,DeutschepartsUSA is not responsible for any loss of use in service or repaircosts incurred for incidental damage resulting from the failed product.
DeutschepartsUSA is not liable forany loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use orinability to use the product. Under nocircumstances shall DeutschepartsUSA be liable for any loss, cost expense,inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product. DeutschepartsUSA makes no other warranty,either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties ofmerchantability, fitness of particular purpose, or conformity to any to anyrepresentative or description, with respect to this product other than as setforth below. The warranty and remediesset forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all other, oral or written,expressed or implied.
Warranty Replacement Requirements:
Ø The defective item needs to be returned to the facilitywithin one (1) year of the original date of purchase
Ø The original defective merchandise must be returned to ourfacility or a hold of deposit provided before issuing a new warrantied item
Ø DeutschepartsUSA reserves the right to refuse any returnthat does not meet the requirements setforth in this Warranty ReplacementPolicy
