Description:This is a Brand New POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL Jeep Wrangler Exhaust Header designed for the 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 Jeep Wrangler with the 4.0L 6 cylinder engine. It is designed to fit 1991-99 YJ & TJ Wrangler, XJ Cherokee and ZJ Grand Cherokee.
This header is extremely heavy duty, it has 1 5/8" tubes and providing more horsepower and a stronger design. (Many cheaper headers online have only 1/4" flanges & 1 1/2" tubes meaning less power and reliability.) This stainless header is ready to be installed as is. Installing this type of header will improve both gas mileage and performance (more horsepower!). You will hear and feel the difference!
These headers are designed to be a direct replacement for the years and models listed. Please remember that exhaust systems are not always perfect and while 99% of the time these headers fit perfectly, occasionally slight exhaust modification is needed for that perfect fit.
These are very nice headers for the money, may not be show quality. There might be some visual imperfections (none of which hinder the performance of the headers).
