- Domestic US orders will be shipped within 1 business day (not including weekends and major holidays). For international orders*, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

- Tracking number will be provided within 1 business day.  Typical delivery time within the US is 2-5 business days, or 7-14 business days for international orders

 

- We offer express shipping on all orders such as: UPS 2 days (Sat Delivery or M-F delivery) for an extra fee. Contact us before purchasing so we can give you a shipping quote.

 

- All international orders are subject to custom duty taxes. Please check with your local custom department first before purchasing. BUYERS are responsible for paying taxes. If the item is returned due to disregard of custom duty taxes, the amount owed + shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Claim

Limited Warranty:

 

HZ Motorsport stands behind our product with a stellar One Year non-transferable warranty against functional and material defects under normal conditions of use. *Within the One Year warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the part in question. *List of non-exclusive examples that would not be considered defects:

 

*Off-roading, racing, abuse, or misuse

*Self-installation, modifying product, or improper installation.

*Natural environmental conditions or disasters and chemical damage

*Car Accident or Collision

*Vehicle that has open recall dealing with the issue at hand.

 

 

How to Activate Your Warranty:

 

*In order to activate your warranty (2 step process)  you must supply original purchase invoice and service invoice (as detailed below) within 30 Days of Purchase to us via eBay Message:

 

Step 1:

*Provide a legible purchase invoice within 30 Days of purchase. If you didn’t get an invoice, it probably wasn’t a legitimate purchase.

 

Information Required on Invoice:

*Date of Purchase

*Store Name

*Part Number

*Name of Buyer

 

Step 2:

 

*Have a licensed/certified ASE mechanic or licensed shop install your product and keep the dated invoice. If you don’t have an invoice, they probably should not have have touched your car:

*Date of service

*Service Performed on Vehicle

*Vehicle Identification Number

*Year, Make, and Model

*Mileage

*ASE Certified Tech with License and/or Shop License

 

How to Make a Claim:

 

*Submit Claims to us via eBay Message. Any claims made after the 1 Year Warranty, or missing the required information will be automatically dismissed.

 

Information Required on Invoice:

*Date of service

*Reason vehicle for vehicle service

*Description of how/why the part failed.

*Vehicle Identification Number

*Year, Make, and Model

*Mileage

*ASE Certified Tech’s License and/or Shop License

Cancel and Return

Cancel an Order:

 

If you have made an order by mistake please contact us immediately. Any item that has been processed/shipped (depending on time of order) might have missed the window. If so, please follow the return policy as written below.

Return Process for Wrong Item or Dissatisfaction

We will ask for a photo of the product (if necessary) to confirm your concerns. This allows us to assess the situation in order to give you better care.

 

Once we find out what the issue is, depending on the product and your expectations, we will offer a partial or full refund, replacement, or exchange.

 

If a solution is not found and/or shipping is required, the cost of shipping will be at the buyer’s expense (unless we were at fault).

 

All returned items must have an RMA and are subject to a 25% restock fee. Returned items must be shipped with “Original Packaging and hardware” that came with it. Items must be in unused condition. The only exception is having a dated invoice of an AES Certified/licensed mechanic and/or licensed shop with provided explanation why the product is at fault and not due to the particular vehicle. All of this must still be within the return timeframe as specified on the listing.
