You don\'t need a v-bridle on most vehicles because ground clearance isn\'t a problem. But if you want to get your limited-ground clearance C7 successfully on a flatbed without damage, you should consider it. Not all flat-bed drivers have the proper straps to do the job on a low clearance car like the C7.
With track and road trip season upon us I want to remind my fellow Corvette owners that you may want to have the Corvette V-Bridle in your rear hatch storage bin. It will come in very handy if your C7 ever needs to be loaded onto a flatbed or towed at the track.
I ordered mine from Glen on Thursday (5/10) of last week, he had it shipped out on Friday (5/11) and it arrived today (5/14). It is very well made and I instantly could tell it will more than handle the job.
The extra length results in the towing ring extending about 8” in front of the lower fangs and the strap misses the bottom of the engine and other lower car areas.
Shipping

ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the order. FedEx and UPS shipments
