This is a Brand New silver coated shorty blockhugger header set for Chevy "W" 348/409 engines. The CC409 fits a variety of applications using the first generation big block, including street rods, Impalas, and many later model cars and trucks. Check out our store for the other coating options.
The Chevy 409 is the engine that started the musclecar horsepower race of the '60s, and it is making a comeback. Our CC409 is designed to fit tight to the block, and will work in all street rod chassis, and many other cars and trucks without a cross member under the center of the motor.
NOTE: Right side shown. The left side angles back at 40°, and the right side goes straight down for starter clearance.
Comes with all hardware necessary for installation.
