BMW Z3 dashboard cover part # 51458411618 aftermarket replacement trim
This is a replacement for the now NLA dashboard ipanel cover for a BMW Z3 Coupe or Roadster that has the optional extended leather dashboard requiring this vent cover trim.
Kit includes:
- (1) Dashboard cover - beige ABS painted plastic
- (1) Center plastic cap cover - beige ABS painted plastic
This dash trim kit is designed to be installed WITHOUT removing the dashboard or windshield from the vehicle. It is secured by the A-pillar trim pieces and one self tapping screw at the center. The legacy plastic screw posts on the back of the cover are provided for full dash installation, or for trimming the height of these posts in order to level the dash cover for your particular installation.
The kit eliminates the two outer cap covers for a cleaner look and relies on the A-pillar trim to tightly secure the ipanel cover at the outer edges. The cover has been test fitted to both Roadsters and Coupes and is a good tight fit.
