1. We will replace the old worn ribbon cable with a new high quality cable, not the cheap Chinese ones that some other companies use.
2. We will guarantee that cable for life.
3. We will replace any burned out bulbs.
4. We will do all of this without removing the needles from the cluster, which avoids the risk of damage to the gauge motors.

6. We will power up the unit and test the display and other functions functions after the repairs have been made.
7. We will pay for the return shipping.

2. We do all of the work within 1-2 days of arrival.
4. We will mail it back on the next business with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service (unless you select Express shipping) and you will receive a tacking number. We pay for the return shipping.
How Long it Takes:
Disregard eBay\'s \"Estimated Arrival Time\" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay\'s policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us.
Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process within 1-2 days, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service the very next day (Monday-Friday). The vehicle will still be functional with the instrument cluster removed.

3. You are responsible to ship your cluster in a secure way with tracking.
4. If a cluster is damaged due to a prior attempted repair, we will try to repair it, but may not be able to. In this case, you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs to return it to you.
5. If you purchased the mileage programming service, please be aware that it is accurate to +/- 100.
6. On rare occasions, the LCD display itself may need to be replaced due to worn contacts.If this is the case, we will call you for authorization.
