1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.
2. Please inspect the item(s) and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. If we shipped the wrong parts that you didn’t order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee.
3. Some of the items may require professional skill to install; we strongly recommend you have a professional person for help. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate your labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation or wrong part order.
