Internationalcustomers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees tobe paid to the courier or government. Your country may impose import dutiesand/or taxes on the parts being delivered to you. Such charges are theresponsibility of the customer and NOT included in our prices. We advise customers to check with their localCustoms Office to confirm any possible import duties/taxes before placing theirorder. If an export order is returned to us due to unpaid taxes and importduties we will deduct a re-stocking fee and the cost of the initial postagefrom any refund issued. If the order is held at customs and not returned to usthe customer will be responsible for any penalties or disposition fees and norefund can be issued.
Pricesquoted for International deliveries apply to those areas the Carriers deliverto on a regular basis. If your address falls outside of this the Carrier maycharge a “remote area surcharge” that will need to be paid by the customer inorder to have the parcel delivered.
Internationalshipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your packageis delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to findout what is holding it up. We have no way of giving you better information whena package is delayed by customs.

Alldeliveries will require a signature and will take place between the hours of7am to 6pm. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returningthe item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Shouldthe item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
Customersare advised to physically check their goods before signing the Courrierdriver’s delivery sheet. Parcels received damaged, opened or tampered with musteither be rejected or signed for ‘damaged’ or ‘opened’ or ‘tampered with’accordingly. Claims may be rejected if this is not done.
Return Policies
Allreturns must be approved by mail before you ship any item back to us. If youship an item back to us without letting us know prior to shipping, the packagewill be refused returned to you. Returns are permitted if you are not satisfiedwith your purchase and must be initiated by the buyer within 7 days from dateof receipt. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it.
If anitem is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and theseexpenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
Returneditems are reviewed by us upon receiving them. Only the purchase price of theproduct is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping andhandling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offeredwith \"Free Shipping\" it means we are paying the freight on yourbehalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred,will be deducted from the refund. Returns should be packed in an outer shippingcarton to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product.
