Shipping and Handling Time:

Normal transit time for our 48 state USA customers is 2-5 business days, depending on how far you are from the warehouse we ship from. We ship from warehouses ranging from California to Texas, from Florida to Pennsylvania. When possible, we ship from the warehouse closest to your location.
International shipping time varies based on the shipping method we use, the country you are located in, and any unforeseen Customs delays that we have no control over. Quantity on Hand / Quantity Available
Quantity on hand is subject to change at any given time. We sell in multiple markets which consists of a combination of eBay, multiple retail websites, and wholesale. Items on hand change often and the eBay auction Quantity Available listed may not be updated in real time. Due to the rapid pace, we may not always have the physical stock. Items out of stock will be shipped from a distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Keep in mind that each manufacturer and/or distributor have their own shipping terms and policies that both the buyer and the seller have to abide by. In the event that an item becomes unavailable due to a listing error, or a discrepancy in the listing description, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In this rare event, a full refund will be issued via Paypal and you will be notified via the eBay messaging system. Items with a 30 day or greater handling time are on order from the manufacturer or already en route to one of our warehouses. These items have a maximum lead time set but will usually arrive and ship well before the estimate. Please understand that some items are special order and may take longer than 30 business days (6 weeks) for the item to come in even though it is on order. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase. If we notify you that an item is special order, and you agree to wait, we immediately order another for stock, and can no longer cancel your original purchase without a 20% restocking fee if you change your mind.
Back Orders
If a back order occurs, the buyer will be contacted as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer of such delays. An ETA provided by the manufacturer will be relayed to the buyer and the buyer will be given options to determine if he/she can or cannot allocate the extra time needed. A refund is only granted when both parties involved reach a mutual agreement. In the rare occurrence that an item is discontinued, the buyer will be notified immediately (as soon as such information is confirmed with the manufacturer). The buyer will be given multiple options. The options consist of superseding such item(s) with a replacement (if such options/replacements exist); otherwise the buyer will be granted a refund in full based on a mutual agreement among both parties.

Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in certain states and provinces, and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the legality of the product or product(s) they intend to purchase and or install on their vehicle. By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that Factory D Racing holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or otherwise. In certain cases, we will contact customers who's shipping address is located in a state or province where the purchased product may be illegal for public use.
Application Fitment: Please refer to the vehicle fitment or application outlined within the listing description itself. Fitment information is broken up into its own section and specifies what the item purchasing is designed or intended for. Often times, our customers are purchasing products for an already modified vehicle. Such modifications include the use of different engines, electronic components, or body / chassis modifications. These alterations may be listed in the compatibility section of the eBay listing. For example, a vehicle may have come with a 5.6L V8 from the factory, but a 6.5L engine swap may be common. The compatibility section may list the original engine or trim but the notes section will specify the requirement or modification in order for the item to work as intended. These notes supersede all information listed to the right on them. If you have any questions about the item's use please contact us via the eBay messaging system or refer to the actual listing description rather than eBay's compatibility section.
Example: A set of injectors may show up for a 1994 Toyota Supra Naturally Aspirated 2JZ-GE 5 Speed Manual but the notes section states 2JZ-GTE engine codes only. This means the vehicle must have the 2JZ-GTE engine instead of the original equipment from the factory. The same concept applies with powertrain, drivetrain, electronics, and body styling.

All products we sell are 100% covered by their normal manufacturer's warranty when you purchase from us. Returns
If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, we offer a 30 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee as long as the part is unopened and in original packaging. If the part has a problem to where it can not be installed we will facilitate a manufacturer warranty to either get you a replacement or money back.
Payment Terms
We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued. We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay.
