This John Smith Racing 3d Printed ABS Plastic HVAC Vent Gauge Pod is designed to fit 1994-2004 Mustang GT, V6, Bullitt, Mach 1, or SVT Cobra. It will fit in any of the four vents and are easily installed. However, modification by drilling a hole or removal of vent duct work is required for gauges to function.
Note: This listing is for the vent gauge pod only and does not include the boost gauge pictured! Slight sanding of inner surface may be necessarydepending on the gauge manufacturer.
Please note: This product is 3D printed and will have smallprint lines. These lines can be sanded andpolished out with fine sand paper and/or acetone vapor bath.
About 3D Printed ABS: ABS is a durable hard plastic that canwithstand temperatures greater than 250 degrees Fahrenheit. We have tested our 3D printed ABS in directsun and higher than 195 degrees without any incident. These can be customized with emblems,letters, or nearly any design. Pleasecontact us for custom prints.
Caution: Be advised of other 3D prints with PLA. Our initial testing with PLA did not workwith interior heat of a vehicle, it would deform at temperatures around 125degrees Fahrenheit. That is why all ourprints are done with ABS plastic that withstands temperatures well above 250degrees.
