I am a BMW owner/aficionadoand an electronics engineer (20 yrs) by trade. I had looked for a reasonably priced LED lighting kit for some time and was not successful, so I decided to source my own. I found suppliers that make the proper sized lights and the properdimensions, etc. It took me quite a bit of time to find all the best lamps, now you don\'t have to spend your time doing the same thing - and I\'ll give you a good price as well!
I have hand assembled this kit from select LED manufacturers to meet my own personal preferences, which are:-better illumination (brighter) than stock lighting. My wife loves the fact that she can see that no one is hiding in the car when she unlocks it at night, even with dark (15%) window tint.-vehicle still have a stock, but a more clean and modern look - unlike some of the kits out there with a blue tint, etc.-reliability - many manufacturers over-drive the LEDs with too much power to make them brighter, which causes them to overheat and wear out much faster. I chose lamps that are being driven within specification to ensure longer life.-passengers will think the car is newer than it is with the clean white led glow when I open up the vehicle :)
