Here are three 14" wheel covers from a Chevy Celebrity of the '86 to '89 period. The one is in excellent dent-free condition, and I would judge it to be near-N.O.S. The second has a few small, barely-there dings. The third is in "driver" condition with a few shallow dents in the center area. None of them have curb rash, and they have none of the usual dings in the outer rims from being tapped onto wheels. Buyer to pay shipping based on location, $30 for the eastern half of the US and $20 for the west coast (if you're on the west coast and the eBay system forces you to pay the full shipping charge, I will refund you the difference of $10).
