At RM Tires we guarantee every tire that we sell to be roadworthy and free of severe dry rot between the tread or on the sidewall of the tire, defective beads, and or repairs in the sidewall that would make the tire unsafe to install.All tires go through a three-step inspection process, which involves a visual inspection, air-testing and a final check before shipping. Once the tire passes the Hands-on inspection it is then pressure tested at 60 psi and spun to make sure the tire is free of any punctures, sidewall bubbles, pin holes, or belt separation.Tires that fail any stage of inspection and testing process are rejected and recycled.
The photos we provide are of the actual tire(s) that you will receive. We take the extra time to individually inventory and photograph each tire so there are no surprises for our buyers. If you would like additional photos of anything in particular, feel free to message us we will be happy to help.Some Tires have Industry Approved Plug/Patch Combination which are the safest repairs in the industry which will last the lifetime of the tire. All our repairs will be in the tread area only. We do not sell tires with repairs in the sidewall. The patch may be close to, but never in the middle of the sidewall area. Professional repairs are safe to drive on, are not noticeable and are guaranteed to last! Please remember you are buying a USED tire that can and may show cosmetic signs of use.
Shipping and HandlingWe Ship out Monday-Friday via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will ship out next business day usually the following Monday. Tracking numbers will be uploaded and sent out as soon as they are available.
We will only ship to the confirmed address provided to us during checkout, please contact us immediately if there is an error with the shipping address. Once an item has shipped out the Buyer is responsible for all charges related to correcting the shipping address.

The tire cannot have been used, meaning been driven, by you. RMTires reserves the right to reject a return if the tire has been damaged or if the tread shows usage beyond the amount listed when the tire was shipped.
Return policy does not apply, if we are contacted by you more than 60 days after the tire has been shipped or if the tires have been driven by the customer prior to return.If you choose to return the tire to our location, it will be at your shipping cost and expense.
