These only fit the 2019-2024 Ram 3500 Dually. Wheel is a STEEL wheel, BLACK COLOR.

Wheel is in GOOD used condition in my opinion. It has some visible signs of wear, some scratches/scuffs, scrapes, some rust, and nicks/chips. Wheel will is dirty as I didn't clean it.
