Warranty
Nox Lux warrants product(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your product(s) will be warranted for 24 months against manufacturer defects from the original purchase date for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty service. Customer modifications and/or improper installation or damage from return packaging of the product may void this warranty. All warranty parts must receive a return authorization number and sent back for inspection prior to any replacement approvals are issued and shipped.
Nox Lux, at its sole discretion, will determine the proper handling of all warranty claims. All warranties, expressed or implied, are void if our warranty claim department determines that there is sufficient evidence of one or more of the following:
- Negligence: Improper installation, improper use, etc.
- Abuse: Damage beyond the limits of \"normal\" wear and tear
- Unauthorized Repair: Repair service performed by an unauthorized service center
All items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchasing(though we usually get orders out within 1-2 business days), and will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All items purchased will be safely packaged and shipped to the Confirmed PayPal Shipping Address specified on your payment. Tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be emailed to buyer.
