Expansion tanks allow for better efficiency of the supercharger cooling system in the GM LSA engine. With a LARGE 4.5\" inlet you have the ability to add ice to the system to reduce Supercharger Air Temp or (AIT2) up to 50 degrees. With the Tank mounting location at the highest point of the engine bay it makes bleeding the system very easy. The increase in Tank size over stock will dramatically lower Supercharger temperatures and keep them lower for longer period of time. You can expect to see more horsepower the lower temperature of the Supercharge system. The tank is design to keep warm return water away from the Inlet to help with proper circulation. Tanks are Made in America and come Black Powdercoated for optimal protection and help with sweating. Drain valve, and inlet fittings are included in the kit. Will fit CTS-V Coupe, Sedan, and Wagon.
