It is very rare we have any issues with shippingand damaged products. We packageeverything very well but you should still inspect your order immediately upon receiptand BEFORE you proceed with installation, as sometimes an installer will damagea product during the installation process as well as during transport to havethem installed. If you are at the shop and the installer informs you of anissue with the wheels and it is something you want us to take care of DO NOTINSTALL. Put your old wheels and tiresback on and contact us. Again, do NOTinstall if the shop informs you of an issue.Once you mount them and drive on them we can not accept a return. Ifyour order is not complete or there is any problem, contact us PRIOR toinstallation within 48 hours of receipt. If you are not satisfied for anyreason, you may return a product within 14 days for a full refund, minus anyshipping fees (you are responsible for return shipping) and a 15% restockingfee may be applied. Before any item is returned you must call or email toarrange your return with our customer service team. In addition, ALL OF THEFOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
1.Product must be returnedin NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION, just as it was delivered. Products should beinsured for full value through your chosen carrier to cover any damagesustained during return shipping. Products must be returned with all originalpackaging in place as well as with all accessories. CARDBOARD CANNOT DIRECTLYTOUCH THE FACE OF ANY WHEEL OR IT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE. You should take allnecessary steps to insure that all items are properly secured and packaged toavoid damage during the return trip. Any accessories should be packaged andsecured inside the return box (lug nuts, center caps, etc). We will not acceptreturns that have been used or improperly repackaged. If an item is returneddamaged NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED and you will be responsible for all shippingcosts.
2.Product has not had atire mounted on it, has not been installed or used in any other way. IF AN ITEMHAS BEEN MOUNTED, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. As noted on our boxes, you should havea certified installer TEST FIT one wheel on the front and rear of your vehicle,ROTATE 360 degrees, and check for proper clearances BEFORE mounting tires.Wheels are not returnable once a tire has been mounted.
