Every product at Custom Auto Parts is brand new and in a perfect condition before they are sent out to their new owners. All products are made of fiberglass and gel coated. Our products are easy to install by a highly professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber fabrication. Products have not ever been installed before. At Custom Auto Parts all body kits include one front bumper or lip, one rear bumper or lip and a pair of side skirts, (see above to determine if it’s a complete bumper or a lip), All wings/rear spoiler include the wing only. Hoods auctions include the hood advertised plus some screws as well. All fenders are advertised as a set of two fenders (right and left). We carry body kits, wings, fenders, spoilers, roll pans, bumpers, lips, hoods for most trucks and sport cars.

Custom Auto Pats usually delivers every product from 5-25 business days, if customer do not receive product within that period, customer is responsible to send us a message through eBay message system and provide us order number, eBay user name, and a phone number for a faster service. Custom Auto Parts carefully packages every product to prevent damaged during transit, nevertheless, damage may occur. Therefore, we ask customers to inspect all items immediately before carrier leaves, do not sign any paper until you have completely inspected every product. If you see any damaged part, mark it on the delivery bill in front of the delivery person, then, send us a message through eBay within twenty-four hours to file a claim request. If customer does not follow instructions and do not specify damaged to the delivery person, claims may be denied or delay. We cannot combine shipments due to the dimensions of the products. Once customer hits “Buy It Now”, that means that he/she has carefully read and understand Custom Auto Parts Terms and Conditions. All sales are final, all products are sold “As Is”. All products sold at Custom Auto Parts are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. We are not responsible for any damages as a result of these products. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. If customers want to back up an order they must do it within twenty-four hours from placing their order because some orders will be shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If order has already been sent, then order cannot be canceled, and buyer must receive the product. Customers know that for installation they may need screws, sets of washers, sets of bolts, self-tapping screws, screw driver, socket wrench, socket extension, socket (size varies with vehicles), drill bit (size ranges varies), and drill motor. All products are to be installed by a highly trained professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber. Customers are responsible for all installation fees. All fiberglass parts are made of 100% fiberglass, therefore, due to the material used in production, these body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other body work. However, if any car or truck has been involved in any type of collision, then additional body work will be needed. Products are manufactured by Custom Auto Parts. If you have any problem with your order please send us a message through eBay message system. If there is any problem, please communicate us the issue before opening a case or placing a negative feedback, we are here to assist you. Orders cannot be canceled once items have been shipped. If you want to cancel an order that has been sent out already, you will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees plus a restocking fee of %20.
