Customize and add function to the interior of your 1992-1997 Ford F-Series truck with a 12VC backlit switch panel. We have modified, customized, and repaired these trucks since 1996 starting with a brand new F-350 4x4 DRW. It was the first, but certainly not the last. Over the years we have added switches to these trucks for work, off road, and street performance accessories. Every truck got switches installed. If only there had been a switch module like the ones we are offering now! We used the same technology as our M1 and M2 Series universal switch panels and made several different models to fit the 92-97 dash bezel. These sleek switch modules offer vivid LED lighting, a matte black face that blends in well with the factory cluster, and it is truly customizable. We make these individually to your request. Item details:This is a direct fit single switch module with upper backlighting. If you have a single fuel tank, you can simply remove the factory delete plate from the back side of the bezel. This switch module will screw down directly in place, and is by far the easiest one of the 12VC F-Series modules to install. This is a low current switch made for triggering automotive mini/micro relays or any relay thatyou will find in our store. These are not plug and play. You will need to tap into the wiring on your truck.
Switch: ON/OFF SPST. 1 Amp rating.
Wire harness: 22 AWG TXL automotive wire. 6ft switch power, lower backlight, and ground leads. 15ft relay trigger output lead.Upper backlight: LED draws less than 20 mA
Custom options: Although our pictures show a FOG LIGHT switch, we can label this switch anything you want. It can be just a symbol, just text, or both as shown.
Backlighting color: This module has an upper backlight. It is independent of the switch and typically wired to the dash clusterlights (dimmable) or the parking lights (full brightness), but can be switched any way you choose. The pictures show the traditionalOBS Ford green, but we can light this switch with any of the 8 colors as shown in the color chart photo. The color chart is an actualunedited photo of a 12VC M-IL Series indicator panel. The colors are true to what you will get. If you are doing a cluster LEDbulb conversion/color swap, this can be a great way to accent that.
