Customize and add function to the interior of your 1992-1997 Ford F-Series truck with a 12VC backlit switch panel. We have modified, customized, and repaired these trucks since 1996 starting with a brand new F-350 4x4 DRW. It was the first, but certainly not the last. Over the years we have added switches to these trucks for work, off road, and street performance accessories. Every truck got switches installed. If only there had been a switch module like the ones we are offering now! We used the same technology as our M1 and M2 Series universal switch panels and made several different models to fit the 92-97 dash bezel. These sleek switch modules offer vivid LED lighting, a matte black face that blends in well with the factory cluster, and it is truly customizable. We make these individually to your request. Item details:
This is a 1 switch and 2 switch module set with upper backlighting. This kit fits trucks without the dual tank switch next to the headlight switch, and with push button 4x4 (with panel cut-out or a diesel bezel used in a gas without dual tank switch).These are not plug and play. You will need to tap into the wiring on your truck.
Switches: ON/OFF SPST. 1 Amp rating. Wire harness: 22 AWG TXL automotive wire. 24” jumper harness. 6ft switch power, lower backlight, and ground leads. 15ft relay trigger output leads.Upper backlights: LEDs draws less than 60 mA. All 3 backlights come on together.
Custom options:
Although our pictures show FOG LIGHTS, LIGHT BAR, etc., we can label this switch anything you want. It can be just a symbol, just text, or both as shown.
Backlighting color: This module has upper backlights. They are independent of the switches and typically wired to the dash clusterlights (dimmable) or the parking lights (full brightness), but can be switched any way you choose. All 3 backlights will come on together. The pictures show the traditional OBS Ford green, but we can light this switch with any of the 8 colors as shown in the color chart photo. The color chart is an actual unedited photo of a 12VC M-IL Series indicator panel. The colors are true to what you will get. If you are doing a cluster LED bulb conversion/color swap, this can be a great way to accent that.
