As you can see by my photos, this is a steering wheel that was removed from a 1974 Pontiac GTO many years ago and properly stored away.This "Rare" 2-Spoke Black Plastic Standard Steering Wheel GM # 9749827 is in really nice original survivor quality condition. It is clean and straight not bent or twisted and measures 15 1/4" in diameter. The Black Plastic has a very nice bright shiny finish that is not cracked, brittle, stained, faded or scratched up. However there is 1 small nick on the outer edge of the rim at the 9:00 position.The matching Horn Cap GM # 494059 is equally as nice and features the Pontiac Emblem in the center and the horn buttons on either side.
