Here is an original factory black padded STEERING WHEEL CENTER with mount which I believe this is correct for 1969-1970-1971 C-Body Mopars. This is for full size luxury cars like Chrysler New Yorker, 300, 1970 300 Hurst, Newport, Dodge Polara, Monaco, Royal Monaco, Plymouth Fury, VIP, Town and Country Station Wagon, sedan, etc etc etc. Comes exactly as shown. It is soft and plyable, yet firm, like it should be. These are often sunbaked in cars in the south. This is nice and is from a midwestern car. Comes with what you see was shown. Factory BLACK!
