The roller is needed as it rides in a track that actually moves the quarter window up and down. Each kit comes with the plastic roller, threaded stud, metal washer, threaded metal washer, plastic washer and flanged plastic washer. The metal washer and nut is the same as the original and are zinc plated so they do not rust, this is not a universal fit roller assembly, it is made as a direct replacement for your original piece. Each kit replaces the bottom roller on1 window, order 2 if you need to fix both rear quarter windows. This listing is for one roller assembly that attaches to the bottom of the rear quarter window glass.
